Host services, much like my own industry, can often be riddled by chancers and shady business people offering a sub-standard service at ridiculous prices. 1and1 are a huge company and although they offer cheap hosting, it’s that price for a reason.
So thats why I asked for recommendations when I was looking for a great service, excellent customer service and an intuitive user experience I was passed onto to TSO Host.
They have great prices but have that all important customer service and great control panel, and I would highly recommend them.

TSOHost aren’t even expensive by todays standards, and the extra pound or so a month extra (last time I checked) is money well spent for the excellent support you get. Can praise TSOHost enough.
